Power Protein Yogurt

The new thing to hit TikTok is protein pudding. Honestly, I wasn't a huge fan but I do love something I've been making for awhile that I call Power Protein Yogurt.  I feel energized and it usually keeps me full for 4 to 5 hours. It only takes a couple of minutes to make, is a great source of protein, and quick to assemble when you're in a hurry. I eat it for breakfast or lunch. Sometimes I'll even make a half portion for a snack with added mini chocolate chips, obviously. 

Greek yogurt with protein powder, oatmeal, and berries.
Power Protein Yogurt

3/4 cup (170g) 2% Fage Greek Yogurt

2 scoops (46g) Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder

1/2 cup mixed berries 

1/3 cup (35g) Rolled Oats


Mix yogurt and protein powder together in a bowl. Add berries and oatmeal. Enjoy!
